Damage in transit?
Rest assured, if your prints are damaged in transit, they will be immediately replaced. Email me with with pictures of the damaged packaging/prints and I will have replacements sent out at no extra cost to you.
Returns
Because each print is made to order to your specific size, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or choosing the wrong size.
I only accept returns for quality concerns if you've previously ordered a £3 print sample of the same artwork — this is the best way to check colour and quality before committing to a full-size piece. As the artist, I wholeheartedly stand behind the quality of these fine art prints.
