RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

At Johanan Studio, every art print is printed specifically for you at the time of your order. Because I do not hold inventory and each piece is custom-made, my returns policy differs from traditional retailers.




1. Damaged or Defective Items

I want you to love your new art! If your print arrives damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturing defect (such as a misprint or blurry image not present in the original design), I will make it right.

  • Timeline:
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process:
    To start a claim, please email me at support@johanan.studio with:

    1. Your order number.

    2. A clear photo of the damaged print.

    3. A photo of the exterior packaging (especially if the box was crushed or torn).

  • Resolution:
    Once verified, I will send out a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method.




2. Change of Mind

Because each print is made to order to your specific size and style requirements, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, "buyer’s remorse," or choosing the wrong size.

Tip 1: I highly recommend buying a sample print, which will allow you to see the exact colours and quality in miniature, before your buy a larger print.

Tip 2: I also recommend measuring your wall space carefully and reviewing the product descriptions before completing your purchase. 




3. Cancellations

I aim to get your art to you as fast as possible. Once an order is placed, it typically enters production within 1-2 hours.

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately.

  • Once the printing process has begun, I am unable to cancel or refund the order.




4. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee will apply.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, contact us and we will assist you.
