To ensure the fastest delivery and lowest carbon footprint, we fulfill orders from three global hubs: London (UK), Düsseldorf (Germany), and Brooklyn (USA). Your order will automatically be routed to the facility closest to you.
Orders shipped to the UK, USA, and European Union are fulfilled locally, meaning you generally will not face import duties.
For other international destinations, local customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Yes. Your prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty, sustainably sourced cardboard tubes or flat mailers that are fully recyclable.
The tube covers (end caps) for the cardboard packaging are typically made from recyclable plastic or cardboard, while the tubes themselves are durable, spiral-wound cardboard from recycled materials to protect artwork and prints.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your print and your location. We offer both standard and express courier options (via DHL, FedEx, or Royal Mail) to suit your needs.
Because orders move into production almost immediately, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before completing your order!
As every print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a defect, we will send a free replacement immediately.

Please take a photo of the damaged print and the exterior packaging and email us at support@johanan.studio within 7 days.
We’ll get a new one sent out to you right away.
We use professional, gallery-grade papers from world-renowned makers Hahnemühle. Our prints are Giclée (inkjet), ensuring the highest level of detail and colour accuracy.
No. Our prints use archival pigment inks with a guaranteed archival life of 80 to 200 years when kept out of direct sunlight. These are museum-standard reproductions.
Proudly, yes. We are 100% Carbon Neutral. Through our partner, The Printspace, every part of the process—from the energy used to host this website to the delivery truck that brings the art to your door—is offset via The Gold Standard renewable energy projects.
No, our prints are sold unframed to allow you to choose a style that fits your home perfectly.
For framing at home, I recommend Nielsen frames. The frames you can see in these listing images are the Nielsen Alpha White Oak in A1, A2, A3 and A4 sizes.
In the UK, I purchase mine from Best4Frames.
If you’re in the US, I recommend using Framebridge who will send you a label to mail them your art, create a custom frame and send your artwork back to you.
Remove it carefully from the tube and lay it flat on a clean surface. Place a few smooth, heavy books on the corners and leave it for 24 hours. Never "back-roll" the print, as this can damage the fibers.
