Printing matters
Giclée printing is the gold standard of fine art reproduction. It gives the greatest colour accuracy, depth and richness to the art print. When it comes to paintings, the end result is almost indistinguishable from the original artwork.
The process uses a type of archival ink which ensures the longevity of your print. Your prints won’t fade in normal household lighting conditions. Instead, they will retain their brilliance for 100+ years.
Paper matters
My trusted printer uses the world's first digital fine art paper made from bamboo fibres.
The paper is crafted by one of the oldest art paper companies in the world. Mixing formulations and techniques that are centuries old, originally born in traditional paper mills, with modern digital printing requirements.
Bamboo represents naturalness and resource-saving paper production. This Hahnemühle Bamboo paper is made from 90% Bamboo fibres and 10% cotton, allowing the highest quality with environmental friendliness.
This natural matte, warm-toned, smooth surfaced art paper offers maximum ageing resistance, meaning your print will last a lifetime.

The inspiration
There's something so joyful about juicy colours. Fruits and sweetness, abundance and nourishment.
Half of the feeling behind these paintings comes from summer moments in Italy...
A neighbour drops off a gigantic, bursting at the seams, sun-ripened tomato plucked from their garden vines. Even more vibrant inside! Sweet and tangy, like no tomato I'd ever tasted before. We drizzle over dark olive oil from Sicily, rich and spicy. Salt & pepper. It's all it needs.
Lunging uphill on an afternoon mission to forage the hidden forest treasures. My partner's parents are lifelong foragers and it's not long before they strike gold. Or blue, I should say. You'd never know, unless you know, that underneath unassuming shrubbery hides hundreds of tiny, deep blue berries. Midnight purple inside, staining your fingers and lips in shades of lavender and violet.
The other half of the inspiration comes from childhood summers at home in the UK. My mother peeling and slicing up sunny, sweet mangoes to enjoy between my bouts of running, spying and potion-making outside. In Malaysia, where she and my dad grew up, mango trees were as abundant as apples and pears here. And I remember her telling me that as a child, she would dream of trying English strawberries because of the movies.
All these delicious bites are indeed nature's candy.
Why I paint these colours
I painted this palette to create a sense of abundant energy. I hope they lift your spirits and help you feel abundant too!
And as with all of my art, I want remind you that you are made of the same powerful ingredients and infinite creativity as all of nature. It's in you, it is you.
In the presence of nature, you are perfect. You grow and bloom at the perfect pace for you.
And just like all of nature, you deserve rest, nutrients, water, sunlight, space to expand. To observe your own rhythms and seasons. To be.
You deserve to feel alive!
So I hope these colours can give you whatever it is you need right now. Whether that's a sense of safety in knowing you're nourished, to tap into your own juicy, vibrant energy, or to slip into a feeling of abundance as you create your dreams.
